The hidden gem by the pool
My family loved the varied breakfast options, and the kids squealed with joy at the cute koi pond. A refreshing start to each day!
Our room felt musty, and the noise from the climate control system made it hard to sleep properly. Not the comfort I expected.

Just a balanced option for a weekend escape in San Diego with reasonable value. The complementary breakfast was delicious and made to order. Try to get a corner room for more space.

comfortable stay but lacking finer details
The king-sized bed offered a decent night’s sleep, which helped after busy days. The breakfast options were varied, and we appreciated the nearby dining options for dinner. Additionally, the cleaning staff went above and beyond to ensure our suite was tidy.
Some details in the room left much to be desired.

missingWrote a review on Aug 24spacious suitetwo tvsconvenient refrigeratorhard sofapool area issues
The King Suite was spacious, and I loved having two TVs. It had a small refrigerator and microwave, which made it super convenient. The indoor pool area was nice. The downside was that the sofa was a bit hard, but it didn’t ruin the stay. Overall, pretty comfy!

missingWrote a review on Aug 23dated amenities
Shower curtains looked dated and needed replacement, which detracted from the overall feel of the bathroom. Despite requests for cleaning, the room wasn't attended to, and additional supplies like toilet paper and coffee took unreasonably long to arrive, leading to frustration. The parking charge felt excessive, especially since various parking options in the area weren't mentioned upfront, which can be misleading for families driving in. Lastly, I expected a washer/dryer in the room as advertised, but it was located several floors up, which is inconvenient when you have kids.

Great stay for family fun!
We stayed for 2 nights and had an awesome time! The staff was super friendly, and the brunch had some great options like made-to-order omelettes. Can’t believe someone stole my jacket at breakfast, though! Also, parking is pricey at $40/day. A total bummer since that adds up!

great access to parks, dining, and shopping experiences
The hotel is conveniently situated just a few steps from utc-westfield shoppingtown and less than a 5-minute walk to many fantastic dining options like craft pizza company and royal india express, which made my city strolls even more enjoyable. plus, the staff was friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. as a solo traveler, i appreciated the spacious room that provided ample space to unwind after a day of exploration, but the parking situation could use some improvement as it was a bit inconvenient.
